Terms of Service
Welcome to Kickoff (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The service
The App provides football schedules, scores, standings and player statistics aggregated from third-party data providers. The information is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Scores and data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and must not be relied upon for betting, wagering or any financial decision.
2. Subscriptions
Some features require “Pro”, an auto-renewing subscription billed at $0.99 USD per month (or the local-currency equivalent shown at purchase, e.g. A$1.99) through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. World Cup features are available free of charge.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt the service, access it through automated means, reverse engineer it, or scrape or resell its data.
4. Intellectual property & trademarks
The App and its original content are owned by us or our licensors. Team, league and competition names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, any league, club, or our data providers.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. Third-party data
Sports data is supplied by third-party providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data or services.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your local mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
